Luckily, anyone can ride this magnificent mountain pass any day though summer – including timekeeping. So whether you’re riding for pleasure or aiming for the podium, there are plenty of opportunities for all cyclist to enjoy Zell am See Kaprun’s famous cycling routes. From cozy family tours along the Tauern Cycle, to the grand landscapes of pass roads around Maria Alm, Hochkoenig and the Pillerseetal, there’s something for everyone. If you prefer to do your riding off-road, you’ll love Zell am See Kaprun’s single tracks and trails. Distance riders who love big climbs often tackle the famous Hundstein, ride out to the Maiskogel or hit the trails around the Hochkoenig. Downhill enthusiasts prefer the new downhill-trails at the Kitzsteinhorn, or take on the Big Five Challenge in Saalbach Hinterglemm. Both downhillers and freeriders will have a blast in the legendary Bikepark Leogang, where you can ride the famous UCI Downhill World Cup tracks.
